1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. What Can Be Returned / Refunded

We only accept returns or refunds for damaged products.

  • Damaged items (torn, defective, stained, or significantly flawed upon arrival) are eligible for return or refund.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Change of mind
  • Items that do not fit as expected
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear after delivery

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery at support@hellstr.us or through the contact form on our website.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions (if a physical return is required).
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method (return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation).

5. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item (or approve a refund based on photos for clear damage cases), your refund will be processed.
  • You will receive your refund within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after receiving your refund (if eligible).
